This Privacy Policy explains how Heartwood Digital ("we", "us", "SlotWeave") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the SlotWeave platform, website, and related services.
Account information: When you create a SlotWeave account, we collect your name, email address, business name, and payment details. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers.
Booking data: When end users make bookings through your embedded widget, we process their name, email, phone number (if provided), and booking details on your behalf. You are the data controller for this information.
Usage data: We collect anonymized usage metrics including page views, widget loads (sessions), and feature usage to improve the platform. We use server-side analytics and do not use third-party tracking scripts.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform: Stripe (payment processing), AWS (infrastructure hosting), and email delivery services. Each provider is bound by data processing agreements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Booking data is retained for 24 months after the booking date, after which it is automatically anonymized. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

SlotWeave uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The booking widget uses a single session cookie to prevent duplicate session counting. This cookie contains no personal information and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
