These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SlotWeave platform and services operated by Heartwood Digital ("we", "us", "SlotWeave"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using SlotWeave, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@slotweave.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
SlotWeave provides an embeddable booking engine that allows you to accept bookings on your website. The service includes a booking widget, operator dashboard, availability management, email notifications, and payment processing through your connected Stripe account. We act as a software provider — we do not process payments directly and are not a party to transactions between you and your customers.
SlotWeave charges a flat monthly subscription fee based on your selected plan. All prices are in USD and are billed monthly in advance. We do not charge commission on bookings.
Your subscription renews automatically each month. We will notify you at least 14 days before any price changes take effect. If your payment method fails, we will attempt to charge it again over a 7-day grace period before suspending your account.
Session usage that exceeds your plan limits may result in temporary widget throttling. We will notify you before any throttling occurs and provide the option to upgrade your plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the operator dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. After cancellation, your booking widget will stop accepting new bookings, but existing booking data remains accessible for 90 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlotWeave and Heartwood Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
